Completed in 2018, Leavitt Avenue Apartments is a six-unit permanent supportive housing community developed for New Star Services (formerly New Hope), providing housing for adults with developmental disabilities in Flossmoor, Illinois.

Located at 1038 Leavitt Avenue in downtown Flossmoor, the development sits next to a park and within walking distance of local amenities and transportation.

The community was designed to provide residents with greater independence while keeping them connected to the surrounding neighborhood.
