A Turn-Key Path From Concept to Completion

Brush Hill coordinates the essential people, tasks, and follow-through required to make your affordable housing vision a reality.
 

Year 1

Site Location & Pre-Development
Find the right property, navigate zoning, prepare preliminary architectural plans, develop financing strategies, and complete funding applications.

Year 2
Financing

Coordinate funding applications, surveys, appraisals, budgets, legal documents, and final plans required to secure financing and reach closing.
Year 3
Construction
Manage the architect and general contractor teams, construction draws, inspections, schedules, and budgets through project completion.
