Breaking ground in summer 2027, Brush Hill Apartments will bring 21 new units of permanent supportive housing to Worth, Illinois, in partnership with Garden Center Services.
The new development will feature a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments for individuals and families with disabilities. All units will be permanent supportive housing, with supportive services available to tenants.
Apartments will include full eat-in kitchens, full bathrooms and ample storage, along with thoughtfully designed community and supportive-service spaces.
